This unit applies to a range of workers within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthma and anaphylactic emergencies.
This includes early childhood workers and educators who work with school-age children in outside school hours care and vacation programs.

ConTENT COVERED IN WORKSHOPS:
Lets face it, our inquisitive and busy baby's can face injury, illness or be involved in accidents at any moment; which can be completely out of our control. I aim to give you control of the moments that follow; by empowering and educating you to recognise and respond quickly, by caring calmly for your little one until professional help arrives.
Our 4-hour unaccredited workshop focuses on essential infant and child first aid skills, including CPR. This hands-on, interactive session is designed for new and expecting parents, carers, and grandparents who want to develop the knowledge and confidence to respond to emergencies in the home. Let us help you move from feeling anxious and unprepared to feeling empowered, confident, and ready to act when it matters most.
